Easy Returns & Refunds 💚

*We have a 100% risk free guarantee 30-day returns policy for your peace of mind. Please get in touch if you wish to return your item, but please don't send your item back before telling us:-) 

Returns Procedure

1. Please use our easy returns form to tell us the item you wish to return, your email address, order number & the reason for the return - this helps us to learn & improve:-)   

2. We will send you an authorisation code to include in your package.

3. Please send your item back in the original packaging, without any signs of wear. We understand you'll have tried on your garment once, but we cannot accept any returns with make-up or deodorant marks.

4. Please purchase your postage label and send your item back to us at Blue Panda Ltd, Unit 6, Building 446, Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth Airport, Christchurch, BH23 6NW. 

5. Returns Cost - as a small business we don't cover the postage cost for returns. We aren't able to issue pre-paid returns labels or pay for return postage. We thank you for your understanding as we embroider each item to-order & really hope you love your order. But of course we understand that you may wish to make a return & we happily accept these with no questions asked 💚.

6. Once we receive your item, we will check it and process your item refund.

7. Product Exchanges - we aren't able to offer a product exchange service currently as we haven't the system infrastructure in place to manage this service.  If you'd like a different item please place a separate order for this & return your original item for a refund, thank you so much.

Faulty Products

Please contact us within 7 days if your product is faulty. We will do everything we can to rectify this for you asap. 

Please note that slight variations in colour/opacity between on-screen images and printed images is to be expected, due to the variation of screen resolutions on different devices and will not be considered a fault.

Sizing of graphics/print may appear to vary between different t-shirt sizes and this will not considered a fault. This is to be expected when printing on garments of different sizes and should be considered before you place your order.

Transit Damage

If your order is obviously damaged when it is delivered please refuse delivery and contact us to advise us of the situation. Please take a photo of the damage if you can, thank you. 

If you realise the item is damaged after delivery please take photos of the packaging and the product and send these to us, with your order number/email address. We will try our absolute best to resolve this for you asap. 

Business Customers 

Purchases by Businesses or Trade Customers, where the person purchasing is not the end-user, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
