Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

We embroider & print all items to-order in our studio in Bournemouth. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.  Unfortunately we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates.  Shipping prices are added during the checkout process. 

Deliveries to the EU

EU deliveries up to the value of 150 EUROS are delivered tax paid & customs duty free.

*EU orders over 150 EUROS are not covered by IOSS & will be DDU (delivered duty unpaid). As the recipient you will be responsible for all customs, duties & fees after the goods have arrived in your destination country. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned or delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control & we will not cover any additional costs in these circumstances. 

Delivery Delays

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to possible delays in transit. We do not offer compensation for late deliveries.

Transit Damage

If your order is obviously damaged when it is delivered please refuse delivery and contact us to advise us of the situation. If you can take a photo of the package this would be most helpful!  

If you realise the item is damaged after you have accepted your delivery please take photos of the packaging and the product itself and send these to us, with your order number/email address used for purchase.  We will then investigate what has happened and try our best to resolve this for you in a timely manner.

Easy Returns Policy 💚

We have an easy 30 day returns policy for your peace of mind. Please do tell us if you wish to return your item before you send it back. We  are unable to accept any returns without an authorisation code.  This is because we need to the match the return to your order when it arrives with us.  Please follow our returns process below:

Returns Procedure

1. Please contact us using our easy returns form to let us know which item you wish to return - you'll need to tell us the email address you used to place your order, the order number and the item you wish to return. You'll also need to tell us if you'd like a refund or exchange. 

2. We will send you a returns authorisation code which you should include in your package.

3. Please send your item back in it's original packaging without any signs of wear. We do of course understand that you will probably have tried on your garment once, but please take care when doing so as we cannot accept your return if it has make-up or deodorant on it.

4. The postage cost of returning the item is to be paid by you. We do not cover the postage cost for returns.

5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund for the item.

Business Customers 

Purchases by Businesses or Trade Customers, where the person purchasing is not the end-user are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Pricing

Our prices are inclusive of UK VAT which is 20%. 

EU Pricing: we support IOSS for orders up to the value of 150 EUROS - VAT rates are calculated depending on the destination country.

Payment

We will take payment for your order during the checkout process. We accept payment using Shopify payments which is a secure payment provider.  We accept most debit & credit cards. 

Product Availability

Products shown as in-stock may be subject to change. If a product you order is subsequently out of stock due we will advise you at our earliest opportunity and try our best to provide you with an alternative option. If this isn't possible we will of course refund your payment immediately.  

Product Images, Print Colours & Product Descriptions

Colours may vary between monitor/device screens due to the resolution differences between devices used to access our website. Please be aware that all printed products and coloured textiles may be different in real life from the image that you see on-screen.  We have tried our very best to ensure the images presented on our website match the products in real life, but we cannot account for small differences in the screen colour calibration and settings of each device used to access our website.

Please therefore be aware that when ordering from our website the colours of the products and designs shown on screen may vary slightly from the products delivered.  On-screen colours are a guide and cannot be guaranteed to match the product in real life. 

Any slight differences in colour shades of either the products or printed designs will not be accepted as a material difference in either the product or product description.

Product Sizes 

The sizes of our products are detailed on our product pages and we would urge you to consider the sizes carefully before placing your order. Our unisex clothing is medium fit - if you desire a loose fitting garment then please choose your size accordingly.  Please note that garment sizing can differ between brands and we request that you read and check our size guide and measurements before placing your order.  A problem with the product size will not be considered to be a fault with the product.  

Print Sizes & Graphic Sizes

Please note that the printed image size shown on screen is a visual guide and may differ when printed on garments of different sizes. For example a print on a small t-shirt will appear larger than when printed on an Extra Large tee.  Please take this into account when considering your purchase.

Faulty Products

Please contact us within 7 days if your product is faulty. 

Please note that slight variations in colour/opacity between on-screen images and printed images is to be expected due to the variation of screen resolutions on different devices and will not be considered a fault.

Sizing of graphics/print may appear to vary between different t-shirt sizes and this will not considered a fault. This is to be expected when printing on garments of different sizes and should be considered before you place your order.

Ordering Process

When you place an order with us we will treat this as an offer to buy. If we accept your order we will proceed to production of your printed item.  If we cannot accept your order for any reason we will advise you of this in a timely fashion.
