1. Please complete your details & provide a reason for your return if you're happy to do so - this really helps us to learn & improve:-)
2. We'll send you a returns authorisation code & return address details. Please remember to include your order number in your package.
3. Please send your item back in the original packaging with no signs of wear. We understand that you will have tried on your garment, but please take care when doing so as we cannot accept your return if it has make-up or deodorant on it.
4. Returns Cost - as a small business we don't cover the postage cost for returns. We aren't able to issue pre-paid returns labels or pay for return postage. We thank you for your understanding as we embroider each item to-order & really hope you love your order. But of course we understand that you may wish to make a return & we happily accept these with no questions asked 💚.
5. Once we receive your item, we will check it & process your refund for the original product purchased. Please allow a few days for this to come through to your original payment method.
6. Product Exchanges - we aren't able to offer a product exchange service currently as our system isn't able to manage this service effectively. If you'd like a different item please place a separate order for this & return your original item for refund. Thanks so much for your understanding.
